Shipping & Returns
We are committed to making your experience with us a great one! We hope that you will be happy with our products, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please see our return policy below.
Shipping is the charge for transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur on weekdays and Saturday (shipped via USPS). Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 5pm (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
Shipping times can take 1-3 days on standard orders and same-day to 1 day for expedited orders.
Tracking information will be provided at time of shipment.
If you have troubles with USPS shipments, please make a note on your order at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Within 5 business days of arrival, you are eligible for a full refund. Within 10 business days, you are eligible for store credit to our online store. Within 30 days you can exchange for the same item in a different size. Beyond 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Also, if the item has been washed this voids it from an exchange or refund. Yeah this is in bold for a reason. Sorry, No exceptions :)
